What
does having a website entail?
1. You will need web pages
created which will contain the information on your
website.
Depending on your budget and requirements, we can
create a website of almost any size which can
include such facilities as secure online sales,
search engines (both of the worldwide web and of
your site), photographs, product information,
downloadable brochures, chatrooms, messageboards,
password secure pages, links to other sites, query
submission forms, booking or order forms, in fact
any feature found on the sample
pages.
We can create a website around your logo, corporate
colours and identity, or alternatively, we can
start from scratch.
2. You will need a domain
name.
You can have an Australian domain name ending with
".com.au", ".org.au" or ".net.au" or an
international domain name ending in ".com", ".net"
or ".org". Australian ".com.au" or ".org.au"
registrations will be approved for registered
business trading names or registered company names
only.
Alternatively, we can host your pages on one of our
sites and apply a sub-domain name to your pages,
eg. www.surf.to/sydneynsw.
The use of a sub-domain name is free but includes
pop-up advertising.
3. You will need a website
to house your web pages.
Sites with 50Mb of storage and up to 50 email
acounts cost from $80.00 per year. Larger or
smaller sites are available.
4. You will need to have
your site maintained.
We offer low cost site maintenance which includes
two free upgrades per year*. Prices vary depending
on the size of your site and the extent of changes
required per upgrade.
